If you’re in need of a high protein snack, I’m sharing a few of my favorites.
These are quick, easy, pack well and can be your best friend while on the go. With just a little planning, you can avoid the bad decisions that come with being “hangry”. Being armed with an arsenal of higher protein choices will keep you fuller longer and help you avoid that CRASH that comes after an insulin spike caused by carbs.
However, if you’re going to be flying or on a bus, be a good neighbor and leave the tuna and eggs for another time. Let’s face it, nobody wants to smell those smells in tight quarters.
