This is my fifth year hosting this fun and effective challenge! You’ll be given a set of exercises to do Monday through Friday for two weeks. Each workout will consist of exercises to target your abs and arms. These workouts will be short and can be done on your own time. To gain access to the private group just pay the small $5 fee. Please invite a friend!
