Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette

Say Goodbye to Pedestrian Salad Dressings and Hello to this Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette!

One of the questions I’m asked most often is, “What’s your favorite dressing?” I like a dressing with a little “kick.” Take for example, the crushed garlic cloves as well as the combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon in this vinaigrette. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) boasts so many health benefits but doing shots of ACV is no fun! Why not get yours in a dressing that even your kids will love?

Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp unfiltered honey

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed.  Store in airtight container in refrigerator.  If dressing solidifies when cold, let sit at room temperature until liquid.  Makes 8 to 10 servings.
