Got Shakeology? Need to kick start your diet? This regimen will do the trick. The Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse is a 800 and 1,200 daily calorie plan to get the most nutrients possible into the fewest number of calories. The goal is to rid your body of undigested foods and toxins, and to raise your hydration levels with 64 oz. of water per day.
Although likely, the result is not necessarily weight loss. The goal is to kick start your diet and get your body running more efficiently giving you more energy in your exercise program.
Daily Ingredients
- 3 Shakeology shakes
- 2 cups of green tea
- 1 cup of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or kiwi)
- 1 salad for dinner with 6 oz. lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey or beef)
- No dairy or extra sugars
- 64 oz. water
Daily Regimen
Follow the same regimen all three days.
Morning
- 1 cup of green tea
Breakfast
- 1 Shakeology shake
- ½ cup of fruit
- 8 oz. water
Snack
- ½ cup of fruit
- 8 oz. water
Lunch
- 1 Shakeology shake
- 8 oz. water
- 1 cup of green tea
Snack 2
- 1 Shakeology shake
- 8 oz. water
Dinner
- Salad with 6 oz. lean protein (vinaigrette with olive oil and apple cider vinegar)
- 8 oz. water
Water
- In addition to the regimen, 24 oz. water throughout the day and during workouts (64 oz. water total)
