Daily and Weekly Views
Once you have your plan, you can drill down to each meal with daily and weekly views. Daily views provide you with a summary so you can select each meal of the day and individually modify them to your tastes.
The weekly view lets you see all your meals for the whole week. You can click on each meal to make modifications.
Print Your Meal Plan
Once you have your plan you can print it out so you’ll have everything in front of you including ingredients and instructions for preparation.
